3. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors
• Always verify AI-generated content against official Bible publications
• JW.AI is a study aid, not a replacement for personal Bible study or congregation meetings
• AI responses do not represent official teachings of any religious organization

4. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free tier includes limited AI generations per month
• Premium tier provides increased or unlimited usage
• Subscription payments are processed through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as official religious teachings

6. Intellectual Property

Bible text is sourced from publicly available translations. AI-generated study aids are provided for personal use. The JW.AI name, logo, and app design are proprietary.

7. Disclaimer

JW.AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania or any of its affiliates. Use of this app is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

JW.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
